When I think of a job interview in the traditional sense, I picture the applicant sitting across from the interviewer in a situation that resembles a one-on-one meeting. In today's job market, however, that's not always the case.

Adult learners in online degree programs who are looking for a more desirable job have probably been asked the following question from a potential employer on a job interview:

As you prepare for job interviews, think about what sets you apart from other candidates. Your knowledge and personality are key factors in an employer's decision to seriously consider you for the job.

When job seekers receive the opportunity to interview for a position, the majority of their focus often centers on presentation. This is understandable. After all, you'd like to make a positive first impression on the potential employer.
